What to Include in a Brief
Name the crew line you need, the number of crew, the route or vessel, and the first date cover must begin. If a rotation is already running, include the shift pattern and the port or station where the handover happens.
For credential matters, list the ticket types your operator requires. Our verification desk will confirm what is already on file and what still needs to be checked. The more precise the brief, the faster the loft can close a roster.

Frequently Asked Questions
For a rotation already in our crew pool we can confirm cover the same day. For a new route or vessel we ask for one to three days while credentials are verified against the operator requirements. Urgent gaps are handled by the on-call dispatch desk outside business hours.
We dispatch crews across East and Southeast Asia, with regular placements in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Aviation and marine operations are both served from the same Wing Lok Street loft.
We verify tickets and licences, medical certificates, background records and recurrent training dates against the registers each operator trusts. Records are re-checked on a fixed cycle, and the operator receives a status note whenever a credential changes. No roster line closes until its credentials are cleared.
